Our subscription services deliver digital products, including custom scenery, flight plans, Google Earth projects, Little Navmap flight plans, and exclusive Discord-based features as outlined in each tier’s description.

1.2. Tiers and Benefits:

Each subscription tier provides unique features and access. We reserve the right to update or modify benefits as needed. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

1.3. Digital Products:

All digital products are delivered electronically. Redistribution or sharing of these materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1. Billing:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Payments are processed automatically until canceled.

2.2. Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2.3. Refunds:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests beyond this period will not be honored.

2.4. Failed Payments:

In the event of a failed payment, access to subscription benefits will be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Discord Access

3.1. Roles and Channels:

Subscribers receive access to specific Discord roles, channels, and events based on their tier. Abuse of privileges, such as spamming or harassment, may result in termination of access without a refund.

3.2. Community Guidelines:

All Discord users must adhere to our community guidelines. Violations may result in removal from the server.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership:

All digital content, including flight plans, scenery, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of tabletop ANDROID, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes only.

4.2. Prohibited Use:

You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the content without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Service Interruptions:

We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service failures.

5.2. Use of Content:

We are not responsible for any damages or issues resulting from the use of our digital products or services, including impacts on your flight simulator performance or system compatibility.
